DOT Evidential Breath Alcohol Test - $40
After Hours/Call out fee $50 (DOT), plus the cost of the after hours test.
Hourly Wait Fee (if over 1 hour) $50
Mileage (outside the Tacoma area) 48.5¢ per mile (subject to change.)
